Local orders will be delivered within 8–10 days after placing the order.

Shipping International
We offer worldwide shipping.
International orders will be delivered within 12–14 days after placing the order.

Custom Duties & Taxes
Please note: taxes or duties may be charged for international orders.

ROOHEA LABEL is not responsible for any customs fees. These are imposed by your local customs office and are outside our control.

For more information on customs charges and fees, please contact your local postal office.

ROOHEA LABEL is not responsible for:

  • Parcels refused due to unpaid customs fees
  • Delays caused by shipping services after dispatch
  • Incorrect address, phone number, or name provided by the customer

Returns & Refunds
Every piece curated by Roohea Label is a custom piece made specifically for you.

Return or refund is not applicable.

Once you:

  • Choose an item
  • Proceed to checkout
  • And complete payment
You cannot return, exchange, or cancel the order.

If the wrong item is sent, we will re-deliver the correct item to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If proof of delivery is provided and you did not receive your package, you must file a complaint with your local courier.
